All consultations are booked at 40-45 minute intervals. All consultations are eligible for a Medicare rebate. This rebate will vary according to the nature of the consultation.
FEES
If requiring a sexual health consultation, a referral is required from your GP or specialist.
If requiring a psychotherapy consultation, a referral as a mental health care plan from your GP will allow maximal rebates from Medicare. You can be seen without a referral for psychotherapy sessions but a lower Medicare rebate will apply
Medicare rebates vary depending on the nature of your consultation. The gap out of pocket is approximately $100-$140 depending on the medicare rebate. This can be discussed at the time of booking so you will have a clear idea of what you will pay.
Payment is made either by direct debit or eftpos payment by credit card at the end of the consultation. A receipt will be sent by email and you will need to claim from Medicare yourself by the Medicare App or from Medicare online.
Cancellations: 48 hours notice of cancellations required or a cancellation fee of $110 is charged.
